When you receive your Journee Proposal, simply send the community team a message before you book, and we can have a look at the cost of booking an additional seat for you. In some cases, airlines may refund this seat on the day of departure. However, this is subject to airline policy and the busyness of your flight. In addition, most airlines offer seatbelt extenders upon request to help make your journey as comfortable as possible.
As we're an experiential travel company, a lot of our activities require a certain degree of mobility. If you have any questions or concerns about the experiences outlined in your Journee Proposal, just reach out to the community team. We'll happily provide a bit more detail about the experiences and any specific requirements.
