What happens to my trip if my destination is no longer safe due to Force Majeure/Acts of God?

Last updated on 18 Feb, 2026

In the event of cancellations or disruptions due to Force Majeure/Acts of God, we are unable to offer compensation or full refunds as these circumstances are considered unforeseeable and beyond our control. That being said, we will try to obtain refunds for as many of your bookings as possible. Often, airlines will cancel flights to impacted areas in advance, in which case we'd be able to refund that portion of your trip as well.

We recommend checking your travel insurance policy for information on coverage in these circumstances.
