Unfortunately, part of travel is dealing with unexpected flight changes and cancellations.

While these situations are completely out of our hands, we will always work with you to find the best solution.

If your flight is cancelled or changed before you've departed*, our first priority is to find replacement flights that are possible at your current trip price.

Many airlines offer alternative flights free of charge and/or automatically rebook you on a similar flight. Whatever happens, we will be in contact immediately with alternatives and options. These replacements tend to sell out quickly, so we always appreciate quick responses!

If your flight is cancelled at the last minute and no alternatives are offered by your airline, we will book and pay for replacement flights up to the value of £400pp. In this case, we cover the cost of new flights based on the assumption that we will be getting compensation from your airline due to the change. You can take a look at our policy for flight cancellation compensation right here.

If, after exhausting all of the above, there still isn't a solution that works for you, the only option is to cancel your trip. In this case, we will return as much money as we can. That being said, it is entirely possible that some bookings will be non-refundable.

Finally, it's important to note that the best way to fully protect yourself in these situations is to buy travel insurance.
