If you need to move your trip, we will do everything we can to make it happen! Just send us an email or a WhatsApp message and we'll see what we can do.
Wherever possible, please have new dates in mind when you reach out. We will need new dates within 7 days of telling us you'd like to move your trip and they'll need to be in the next 10 months.
If it's not possible for you to give us new dates within 7 days, you will have to cancel your trip and rebook at a later date.
If you change your trip, we will be unable to use your current flights and will need to book new flights. That means that you will need to pay at least the cost of your current flights when making changes. You will also be responsible for any additional fare difference, but we will always try to keep costs down wherever possible!
We also charge a small administrative fee as changing all of the bookings takes a significant amount of time. We hope you understand.
Costs for changing your trip dates
More than 1 month
£20pp admin fee + your existing flight cost + any additional difference in cost.
Less than 1 month*
£40pp admin fee + your existing flight cost + any additional difference in cost.
When your trips is less than 1 month away, your bookings may not be changeable. The difference in cost will likely be your existing flights and a portion of your accommodation cost at the very least.
*Please reach out as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee that your bookings are changeable, you may need to cancel your trip.
