If you need to move your trip, we will do everything we can to make it happen! Just send us an email or a WhatsApp message to get started. Please keep in mind that any costs incurred in the process of changing dates will be non-refundable should you need to cancel your trip later on.

When you reach out, please have new dates in mind for your trip. Whenever possible, these dates should be in the next 10 months to ensure flight schedule availability. Unfortunately, if it's not possible for you to give us new dates, you will have to cancel your trip and rebook at a later time.
To change your trip dates, we will need to book new flights. That means that you will need to pay at least the cost of your new flights to change your booking. You will also be responsible for any additional costs associated with changing dates. This can include but is not limited to increased accommodation costs, rescheduling non-refundable experiences, and more. All of these additional costs must be paid when new dates are confirmed and they are non-refundable.
We also charge a small administrative fee as changing all of the bookings takes a significant amount of time. We hope you understand.
Of course, we will do whatever we can to keep costs down and make the process as stress-free as possible!
Costs for changing your trip dates
These are non-refundable should you need to cancel at any point
More than 1 month until departure
£20pp admin fee + new flight cost + any additional difference in cost
Less than 1 month* until departure
£40pp admin fee + new flight cost + any additional difference in cost
When your trips is less than 1 month away, your bookings may not be changeable. The difference in cost will likely be your existing flights and a portion of your accommodation cost at the very least.
